13 Apr 2008, PB for two veganrunners!!!

A very nice Half Marathon, flat race around the lake of Cabras with 90% offroad.
Perfect organization and more than 300 runners signed up.
Sergio did a great performance and his Personal Best with 1:21.44'', coming 8th in his category and 17 of all!
Giuliano did his PB as well the watch stopped after 1:29.33 and was very glad on breaking 1:30' !

Not a flat race as you can see, pretty much up and down...only 1 nail has gone, not so bad I was aspecting me 2 or 3!

My semi-vegan friend Sergio got the 5rd prize, cat m45 closing in about 46'15''...Congrats!
The race took for me 49'10.  As is possible to see on the profile the finish was a killer one, something like 15%!
A few people asked us about vegan food and running and about the Team.
